Hi there i want to make a fan flim bast on Jurassic Park, and i was wondering is it ok to make it or will Universal get on my a**, i want to be sure i know the fan flim rule's there isnt any plan to use any audio from the moive or make any monny on it. but i do plan to use the new Spinosaurus, and the T Rex, and the Raptors, for it so shoud i go ahead and make it or just stop now before i have a prob with Universal

look up universals website and send them an email telling them what you want to do. Or find a phone number and ring them.
Im sure you will find them very helpful.

It depends to what scale you want to make your movie. Bear in mind that Jurassic Park III is about to be released.

If it's something you're making for fun, go for it. We nearly made a JP rip off. We made a couple of Predator rip offs too.

There's an article on fan films at BT's Get out there site (i read it only a couple of days ago).

got to www.getoutthere.bt.com and then click FILMS at the top. you should be able to find it somewhere from there (the one i read had a link with a load of stormtroppers from Star Wars on).

will it's is gona be don all in good fun but it's some what you know eye poping fan flim you never know who's gona die who is gona life what's gona hapin one min your saying he is gona make it then BOOM he dusnt by the way at Universal who do i E-mail ?

George Lucas is a HUGE fan of a fan film called "Troops" which is a star wars meets cops spoof fan film. theres a rumour he also helped out the makers in hollywood (i could be wrong so if i am don't shoot me!). You never know, Spielberg may ask u to help of JP 4! lol.
